HPV Vaccinations – Year 8 & 9

HPV Vaccinations for pupils in Year 8 & 9 will take place in school 19th-21st January.  Year 8 consent forms have been given out today and shoud be returned no later than Friday 14th January.  Year 9 pupils do not receive new consent forms as consent was given when they were in Year 8.
